Unique Value Proposition

This is my pet subject. When I started my business I was not thinking of unique value proposition. I was thinking that if I can create a similar product and sell it cheaper I would be OK. No I was not OK. I understand Unique Value Proposition after I few years in business. Now I can share my experience with you who just starting your business or with you who have been in business but finding success elusive.
